RCL FOODS Retrenchment Vocational Training Programme

On the 20th of October, Lima facilitators trained the retrenched employees on poultry production. The grant allocated by RCL FOODS Consumer Division has been used to purchase 100 day old chicks, inputs and other materials. All of which have been used as practical training material during demonstrations on how to grow vegetables and how to take care of the day old chicks, including the usage of medicines, feeds and equipment.

Other retrenched employees have been trained in organic farming.  The seedlings and tools were procured to assist the facilitator to do hands-on practical training.
