Real Reform for ECD: Together we can #DoMore

The Children’s Amendment Bill proposes amendments in relation to a wide range of issues impacting on children. However, The Bill does not address the very important need to reform the laws governing services for young children and has the potential to create additional burdens and challenges for ECD providers. Five key reforms are required to strengthen the ECD sector and ensure equitable provision of quality early learning services for South Africa’s young children. Through the Real Reform for ECD campaign, we ALL have the opportunity to make the voices of young children heard!
